Wavelink affirms their position in the French market and names Pierrik Chaignaud French Territory Manager

Primary Wavelink mission for Pierrik Chaignaud: Develop sales in France through a certified partner network

PARIS-LA DEFENSE - February 13, 2014 - Wavelink, a business unit of LANDESK, announced today that Pierre Chaignaud has been appointed as French Territory Manager. Wavelink is the leading provider of multi-vendor mobile device management, wireless infrastructure management, terminal emulation, voice enabling and mobile application development solutions. Wavelink has more than 7.5 million active client licenses in use world-wide thanks to such flagship solutions as Avalanche, Velocity and Speakeasy.

As French Territory Manager, Pierrik Chaignaud’s principal objectives will be to develop and grow the certified partner network. Wavelink hopes to expand development by recruiting approximately 15 partners to strengthen their existing network in France, seeking principally:   

Companies specialized in providing identification and tracing solutions, the goal being to improve the flow of the Supply Chain e.g. IER and Intercode Services, already Wavelink partners Service companies specialized in the development and integration of Supply Chain solutions for example Manhattan Associates Terminal manufacturers seeking software solutions in order to propose well-rounded, more complete offerings for example Motorola, Datalogic

Pierrik Chaignaud has more than 15 year's experience in partner development and 8 years managing large client accounts for a partner network. From 1991 to 1998, he held various positions at Schneider Electric (MGE UPS System invertors), including Commercial Partner Engineer and Head of Large Commercial Distribution-VPC. Following his time at Schneider Electric, Chaignaud spent 8 years (from 1999 to 2008) with Cisco constructing their partner network, "Ile de France- West" and "France- West" and developing and managing a portfolio comprised of large private clients and partners in the computer and telecom industry, including well-known client like Orange Business Services, McAfee and Dimension Data Integrator. He holds degrees in DUT Industrial Maintenance (IUT de Poitiers), CesCo (ESCEM Poitiers) - Cycle D'enseignement Supérieur Commercial and MBA Company management and strategic marketing (ESC Rennes & OU of London).
