Wavelink Communicator

Wavelink Speakeasy – Real World Testimonial

Running on existing voice-capable mobile devices, Wavelink Speakeasy does not require customers to spend additional money on servers or new devices. As processing is done on the actual device, there is also no need to expand the organizations network infrastructure, which result in further costly upgrades and time. With the additional benefits of application flexibility and hands-free operation, Speakeasy maximizes workflow and increases productivity, while reducing data entry errors. An existing Wavelink customer who has been using Avalanche Mobility Center and Wavelink Terminal Emulation for several years recently made the decision to implement Speakeasy. Wavelink TE Feature Highlight – The Screen Reformatter

In Q3 2008, Wavelink released Terminal Emulation (TE) 7.1, which was accompanied with many enhancements and new features, including the Screen Reformatter. More than just another feature of the already mature and feature-rich industry-leading TE, the Screen Reformatter is a tool that allows your administrators to edit terminal emulation screens using a WYSIWYG screen editor tool. This new tool unlocks the previously unavailable potential for customizations and optimizations within TE.

With the TE Screen Reformatter, you are able to continue extending the life of your Wavelink Terminal Emulation and character-based applications by customizing and optimizing your existing application and terminal emulation screens. The Screen Reformatter is even beneficial for mobile users, as you can build in additional automation to their existing application. Each Duros 1214 will ship with Wavelink Terminal Emulation software pre-loaded and ready for activation by the customer.
