Prior to Wavelink, David Bullis served as president and CEO of Loudeye Technology, a Seattle-based Internet streaming media company. During his two years at Loudeye, Bullis led the company through a successful IPO, strategic acquisitions, and grew the company from 40 to over 300 employees.
Prior to Loudeye, Bullis served as president and CEO of Data I/O, where he led the company's restructuring efforts, helping to revitalize the product lines and acquire a leading European competitor. Prior to Data I/O, Bullis spent eight years as Sr. VP and General Manager at Synopsys, a leading provider of design automation software for electronics systems and semi-conductor devices. Bullis was responsible for the Synopsys Design Verification business and oversaw the merger with ViewLogic. Bullis also helped lead the development of Logic Modeling prior to an acquisition by Synopsys, and was the CEO and co-founder of Summation.
A native of Iowa, Bullis received his BSEE from Iowa State University and his MSEE from Colorado State University.
As the President and Chief Operations Officer of Wavelink, Lamar Van Wagenen is responsible for the direction, success and day-to-day management of teams in Seattle, Washington and Midvale, Utah. Lamar has been developing software and managing R&D initiatives for more than 20 years, with the last 10 years focused on host connectivity, emulation and wireless networking. His management experience includes 3 years as General Manager of ROI Systems, and 2 years as Vice President of Engineering for Wavelink. Lamar joined Wavelink in November of 2000 when Wavelink acquired ROI Systems, Inc. Prior to joining Wavelink, he was the initial developer of ROI's emulation software and a key player in building ROI Systems into a multi-million dollar company and a leader in the emulation marketplace. Lamar received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah in 1990.
As Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Ken oversees and directs all of Wavelink's sales organization. His responsibilities include all Channel and OEM Sales as well as the direction of the inside, field and technical sales personnel. Ken has been with Wavelink since 2002. He initially came on board as Director of Partner Sales to manage Wavelink's VAR's, Resellers and the Symbol Technologies account. He became the Vice President in June of 2005. He has over 14 years experience in the software industry as well as 10 years of experience within the Auto-ID market. Prior to Wavelink Ken was Executive Vice President, Sales for Seattle Lab.
As Wavelink's Vice President of Finance, Mark Pocock oversees and directs all aspects of the company's accounting, human resources, and finance operations. Prior to joining Wavelink, Mark held a variety of management positions in the software industry, including leadership in the management reporting group at Microsoft. Mark started his career in public accounting, working at Deloitte & Touche for three years where he served clients in a variety of industries, including financial services, manufacturing, and software. Mark is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master's Degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
